More… In 2006, the City of La Habra established a military banner program to honor active duty residents. The banners, which were displayed for one year from the date of installation, include the service person's name and branch of service. In 2014, the Veterans Committee expanded the banner program to include veterans. The current cost of a banner is $224, and it is displayed for two years.
