National Pet Day

Get ready for a paws-itively fun day celebrating our furry, feathered, and fluffy friends at the National Pet Day Celebration! Hosted by the City of La Habra Community Services Department, this FREE community event invites animal lovers of all ages to come together for an exciting afternoon dedicated to pets and the people who love them.

Join us on Saturday, April 11, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Vin Scully Centennial Park in La Habra for a lively celebration packed with activities, entertainment, and opportunities to connect with local pet organizations.

Families can explore a variety of local vendors, learn about animal care and community resources, and meet adorable animals looking for their forever homes during the Pet Adoption event hosted by the Inland Valley Humane Society from 10:00 AM–12:00 PM. It’s the perfect opportunity to support local shelters while possibly welcoming a new companion into your family.

Visitors can also enjoy:
