Gary joined the City of La Habra in August 2025 as a Management Analyst II in the Community and Economic Development Department. His experience includes working at the California Superior Court and the County of Orange. He holds a Master’s of Public Administration from California State University, Long Beach, a Bachelor’s of Arts in Public Administration from California State University, Fullerton, and a paralegal degree from Santa Ana College. In his free time, Gary enjoys playing soccer and spending quality time with his family.
