The winners of the 2018 Light up the Season Holiday Home Decorating were recognized at the December 17th City Council meeting, where they received a special yard sign, an award certificate, a medal and a gift card. The winners were chosen from among the 20 properties that were submitted. The winning property addresses are: 311 Gwynwood Ave., 521 Ryan Ave., & 1500 Elmsford Ave.
