Some services may be limited to certain days/hours of the week, and/or available by appointment only.
The Records Bureau is an essential division of the La Habra Police Department. Comprised of civilian employees, the Records Bureau operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Records Bureau is located just inside the entry of the Police Department and is one of the busiest places in the building. At the front counter, the Police Cadets or Records Specialists provide courteous assistance and direction. The Records Specialists handle confidential communications with other justice agencies, prepare paperwork needed by the courts, send important letters to citizens, and help residents with questions over the telephone or at the front counter.
